Autumn 2011 - New album and gigs!
We are proud to announce that our second album, entitled 'What Do People Do All Day?', is done. It was recorded by Rob Peters at Highbury Studio and clocks in at over an hour of Id Mangling! We are currently working on the artwork and packaging - watch this space for imminent release date announcement...
We also have some exciting gigs lined up. First off we have a free gig supporting Cracked Actors for their album launch at The Adam & Eve on 17/9/11. We then have a festival appearance at Equinox Paradox in Fellfoot Wood near Lake Windermere on 24/9/11. Then on 30/10/11 we support The Nightingales, Ted Chippington and Micronormous at The Wagon & Horses in Digbeth.

The new album from Betty & The Id, entitled 'The Wrong Side of Everything', can now be purchased from The Big Cartel.
This initial pressing comes as coloured vinyl effect CD's in five different colours (Red, Orange, Blue, Green and traditional Black), so you choose which colour you would like. And all this for only £10 (inc. p+p).

New Album - details!
Coming Spring 2009, the debut album from Betty & The Id entitled “The
Wrong Side Of Everything.” The album was recorded and mixed over a two-day
period in December 2008 at Toe Rag analogue studio, Hackney, live onto Studer
A-80 1 inch 8-track tape machine using a vintage backline and minimal overdubs.
No computers were used in the making of this album. The album will be officially
launched at a special gig promoted by Bohemian Jukebox promotions on May 9th
at The Victoria, 48 John Bright St, B1 1BN Birmingham. Details of support acts
and DJ’s to be confirmed shortly.
